Furnace & Heat Pump Repair in Greenbrier, TN

If your heat stops working, starts cycling, or can’t keep up, I can help you find the cause. I’m Will Risher, owner of Risher HVAC, serving Greenbrier, White House, Springfield, and nearby Robertson County communities.

Clear diagnosis before a recommendation

I service residential furnaces, heat pumps, and package units. I check the operating sequence, controls, airflow, and other relevant parts of the system, then explain the findings and repair options. When a repair makes sense, that’s where I start.

Heating problems I diagnose

  • Furnace or heat pump not starting

  • Air that feels cool when the heat is on

  • System cycling on and off or struggling to reach the set temperature

  • Unusual noises, lockouts, or thermostat problems

  • Heat pump operation and auxiliary heat concerns

Risher HVAC works on many major equipment brands. Gas heating issues also require careful safety checks; I’ll explain any concerns I find and the appropriate next step.

Furnace and heat pump service

A furnace problem and a heat pump problem can have different causes, even when both leave your home cold. I check the system you have and its operating conditions instead of assuming the same repair fits every no-heat call.

Can you check a system that works only sometimes?

Yes. Tell me when the issue happens, whether the thermostat displays a message, and what you notice before the heat shuts off. Photos of any displayed error code can help with diagnosis. Intermittent problems may require additional observation to identify the cause.

Will you recommend a new system just because mine is older?

Age is one consideration, along with safety, condition, repair history, and the cost of the current problem. I’ll explain whether repair is practical and discuss heating system replacement when it deserves consideration.

Can I schedule a heating check before cold weather?

Yes. See HVAC maintenance and the Risher Comfort Plan for seasonal service and plan details. If the same heat pump is having trouble cooling, visit AC repair.
